A Note to Tamara L. Mihail CPA Clients on Our COVID-19 Preparedness
To our valued clients,
We understand the concerns about the spread of COVID-19, otherwise known as the coronavirus. We, too, have a heightened level of concern and are taking every precaution possible to minimize its spread to the community.
Based on current guidelines and our own standards and practices here at our CPA firm in Sugar Land, our office remains open, and we are available to serve our clients for their tax preparation and bookkeeping needs. Depending on community trends with COVID-19, our office may reduce business hours or move operations to home offices with short notice. We will be certain to post notifications on our website and Facebook page if this occurs.
All of us at Tamara L. Mihail CPA, LLC Tax and Accounting Services want to maintain a safe environment for our clients. We are elevating our “house cleaning” procedures in response to this time of concern, and each of us is monitoring our own health.
To keep us all safe, we ask that our regular clients also be cautious and help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please refrain from visiting the office if you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 in the last 14 days or are experiencing any of the symptoms below:
- SHORTNESS OF BREATH
If you have these symptoms and require any of our help with accounting or bookkeeping services please contact Tammy Mihail directly at 281-989-5361 or call the main office number at 281-406-8984 to notify us immediately, and we will provide our same level of personalized quality service remotely—effective and convenient for all.
Important Note: On Tuesday, March 17, Treasury Secretary Mnuchin announced that the agency is giving taxpayers an additional 90 days to pay for those owing up to $1 million in taxes. In other words, payments can be delayed until July 15, 2020, but the filing deadline remains April 15, 2020 at this time.
Lastly, our hearts go out to anyone affected by COVID-19. At Tamara L. Mihail CPA, LLC Tax and Accounting Services, our clients’ health and well-being is a top priority. Thank you for your continued trust and confidence and your cooperative effort towards maintaining health and well-being for our community, our state, and our nation as a whole.
